Try to Check the Registry HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\CI\Protected\Licensed make sure it's 1 and if it's still doesn't work please use ssde_enable.exe again and then it should work, if still doesn't work then please recheck your Policy and make sure your Signature is Trusted.

Fyi, one way I found to avoid the death screen (even if ssde.sys is not being trusted) is to adjust the start type to system (start= system instead of start= boot). When using ssde_enable.exe, start= boot is not required. While this doesn't fix ssde.sys not being trusted, it does at least let you boot into the system normally.
