Routes contain modules names

Should the routes contain modules name?
What I mean is that when you login into the system, the routes should remain the same and the functionality should change according to the role.

I thought this makes more sense. So this gives more clarity to the users. So I added /cms/ or /blis accordingly.

Consider this, if u are a user who has the role of manager or someone. He doesnt have any idea about what is blis and cms as he just knows that he has to login and make a couple of changes and log out. Why should he even have to have knowledge of BLiS or CMS?
