Add preview for edits

Currently when editing in the Game Library, the owner has two options check (confirm/commit) or X (cancel). It would be useful to be able to get a preview of what the change will look like, prior to commit.

Hi Joel - I hadn't realized the right hand of the page was showing edits in real time.

BTW - 2 suggestions.

1. I like the how the GITHUB editor works (WRITE/PREVIEW tab; Bold/Italics/Bullet buttons etc). Might be a good alternative for Vassal module edits.
2. If keeping the current approach (edit on left, preview on right), suggest adding a link to the Markdown help file to assist those of us who are not fluent.

Also - I posted in Vassal forum about line breaks not appearing as expected when transition from bullets to sub-bullets and vice-versa.
