Flake8 warnings: E713 and F821

After pull request with minor changes from pep8 checker #1, please look at these two warnings from flake8:

flake8 --ignore=E501,E221 dyngo 
dyngo:101:4: E713 test for membership should be 'not in'
dyngo:127:9: F821 undefined name 'http_params'

Of course it should be https_params, not http params. But i forget to pass it to URLib anyway

So, i'm leaving issue open because I have to prepare proper HTTPSHandler
