It would be very helpful to allow management of medications that require variable daily dosing schedules. Many medications (for example, those that are titrated or adjusted for specific treatment protocols) are taken according to a plan that changes from day to day, rather than a fixed dose every day. For example, in a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cycle, the dose might be:
- 1/4 pill on day 1
- 1/2 pill on day 2
- 1 pill on day 3
- ...and so on, following a repeating or custom plan
Feature suggestion:
- Allow setup of dosing plans that can vary by day (not just fixed daily dosage)
- Support for user-defined weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or other custom schedules
- Display dosing schedule in medication overview and reminders
- (Optional) Allow importing or easy editing of complex variable dosing plans
