Feature Request: Ability to change the step value

Hi,
Thanks for this integration, it really helps me to track my medication in homeassistant.
I would like to be able to change the step value for my "current_stock" entities.
Sometimes i have to adjust them manually, of course i can directly change the number to its value but if i click on the "+" or "-" button the number is increased or decreased by 0,01. As i am just taking complete pills i would need a step value = 1.
I'm sure that not everyone takes only complete pills so i think a dynamic option to set the step value would be the best way.
