Help on how this works

Hello everybody, I'm trying to create a AutoUpdater for my ElectronJS Applications. But I do not get it how I can do this with hazel. I recently discovered this feature from Vercel and I quite dont really understand this Documentation.
Could someone explain me or make a Video? So it could be helpful for other people who're learning about Vercel/Hazel
