Seed script causes errors!

When running the seed script it causes an error relating to the "uuid-ossp".

I dont understand the errors well enough, tried to DROP and then CREATE (which just caused another error.)

My 'fix' was to separate the seed script into 4 individual files (one per table) and this worked.

It would be nice if some of you super smart people could find a solution WITHOUT having to separate the file.

@tinamarles This was addressed in a PR I submitted almost a year ago....not yet merged unfortunately

@w0244079 could you confirm? or follow up on #1022? Still trying to figure out what's the root cause. Looks like it doesn't always happen?
