Auth skill is missing proxy.ts/proxy.js in its pathPatterns

The Auth skill (skills/auth/SKILL.md) doesn't specify either of the following:

• proxy.(t|j|mj)s files in its pathPatterns;
• that the skill would be targeted at certain Next.js versions (<16)

Shouldn't it? 🍨
