How can I disable VideoJS Poster?

I want to prevent the vjs-poster div from being automatically created when passing the poster attribute to the video tag. Is there a way to achieve this?

@aizquelurdaneta setting the posterImage property to false will prevent the PosterImage component from being created when the player is instantiated.

const player = videojs('player', {
  posterImage: false,
});

player.posterImage // is undefined
