apt install kdeconnect-plasma, E: Unable to locate package kdeconnect-plasma

Linux version: Linux Mint 17.2 Rafaela
Desktop Environment: kde-plasma

Following the operation of Broken on newer distros - Mint 18 #43

I tried:
apt install kdeconnect-plasma

And it shows:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package kdeconnect-plasma

What Can I do next? Thanks!

p.s. before the above operation, I find kdeconnect in software manager and installed them, but I just can't find any installed application in the application list. So I uninstalled them, as Broken on newer distros - Mint 18 #43 says "Remove your installation of the indicator and kdeconnect and install kdeconnect-plasma instead!"
