When importing a workflow, more complex flows don't load at all and produce no error or warning

The setup is successfully working in Nuke and I can import a simple text prompt workflow however when attempting to import some more complex workflows they won't import at all and nor error/warning is produced. Where I can import a more complex workflow it will show some missing nodes even though the particular workflow is succefully setup in ComfyUI with no missing nodes.

Both workflows in here load in Nuke but are missing GetNode, SetNode and MarkDownNote nodes even though both workflows load into ComfyUI without error.

The main version is outdated, check the dev version, if it still happens, tell me and I will fix it.

After some initial issues trying to get the Dev repo to copy all files I have got everthing in place but am having a module import issue.
Initial start up is trying to import 'status_diff' from the testing.py module but this doesn't exist (as far as I can see) cmd error below:

UPDATE:
I have just checked the code in testing.testing.py from the main repo and that definition for status_diff is in that. I will test by updating with that file.

Ok, Nuke now loads without error however I am still gettting the same issues. JSON workflows that load are still missing MarkItDown and GetNode, SetNode nodes, they appear red and as missing node.
I my have missed this one before but when I try to load the Smart-AI-Paint-out-Workflow it doesn't load at all but the console shows this error.

Should it be possible to load anyComfyUI node into Nuke that is successfully installed without error in the ComfyUI interface/WorkSpace?
