[FEAT]: Enhance Virtual Courtroom with Live Participant Status and Connection Quality Indicators

The current WebRTC-based virtual courtroom allows remote hearings, but users may not have clear visibility into participant connectivity and device status, causing confusion during online sessions.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a real-time participant status panel displaying:

Participant online/offline status
Microphone and camera activity
Network connection quality
Speaking indicators
Reconnection attempts and alerts

This will help judges, lawyers, and litigants manage virtual hearings more effectively.

Describe alternatives you've considered

A basic participant list was considered, but it does not provide sufficient information about the technical status of each participant.

Additional context

This feature will improve the reliability and professionalism of virtual court proceedings.
