Implement a smart notification system that sends personalized alerts for:

Upcoming hearing reminders
New case updates
Evidence submission deadlines
Court order availability
Document verification requests

Allow users to customize notification preferences for email, in-app alerts, and priority levels.

Describe alternatives you've considered

General notifications were considered, but they may overwhelm users with unnecessary updates and do not provide personalized relevance.

Additional context

This enhancement will improve user engagement and ensure that important legal actions are not overlooked.
