Using the latest vita sdk and vdpm to install the unrar library, when trying to link, there's an error about an older LTO version:
lto1: fatal error: bytecode stream in file '/home/runner/work/apollo-vita/apollo-vita/vitasdk/bin/../lib/gcc/arm-vita-eabi/15.2.0/../../../../arm-vita-eabi/lib/libunrar.a' generated with LTO version 9.3 instead of the expected 15.1
