We should implement the following in R:

• ImageOmeTiffWrapper
• ObsSegmentationsOmeTiffWrapper
• CsvWrapper
• JsonWrapper
• ImageOmeZarrWrapper
• ObsSegmentationsOmeZarrWrapper
• AnnDataWrapper
• SpatialDataWrapper

Some of the listed classes exist in the R package but need updates to match their Python functionality.
