[Bug] New Bookmark Requires Manual Refresh To Fetch Favicon

Currently, when adding a new bookmark, linkding API returns an empty favicon_url field.
After waiting a short period, users can invoke a manual refresh in order to fetch the Favicon after
linkding has populated the field internally.
