BUG: download scripts not working

First noticed this with @dovi-yellin -- thought it might be a firewall issue but I'm having the same problem.

Guessing this is some change FigShare made, we might need to find another way to get downloadable links

I notice the same and it seems to be related to AWS

Seems to be now we should prove that we are humans to download the data.
