Some examples don't work

Hola,

These examples do not work on chrome:

• examples/misc/projection.html
• examples/dropdown/dropdown.html
• examples/time/mouse.html
• examples/time/simple.html

Looking at the code, should be a quick update to dvl.bind from ancient dvl code. ;-)

Same thing applies to the 'json' examples.
