Can this be used on a cdkDragFreeDragPosition?

Hi guys! :)
Thank you for this solution - it seems great.

I have a board that I can drag elements freely around and in need of a scroll when dragging elements to the top and bottom edges.
This package works for me, but keeps throwing this error: ERROR TypeError: "dropListRef is undefined".
I don't use dropListRef at all because it's not the element I need. Is there a way to silence this error?
