It would be great to have an option to automatically dim the keyboard backlight after a period of inactivity (e.g. 10–15 seconds). The lighted keyboard distracts me while watching movies.
I tried writing a script to implement this functionality on my machine using VRGB, but I ran into issues I couldn't overcome.
