I just brewed a cup, and the recipe is really confusing because it assumes it's possible to start brewing with the scale at exactly 200 gr. In reality, I had to add the actual V60 thing on top and it messed with the weights.
So, to fix this, make sure the user resets the scale after adding the ice, and just pour in water worth 60% of the desired output weight (since the ice makes up 40%).
