v2.4.10 version is missing in github releases yet present in npm. is that intentional?

I just noticed v2.4.10 was published to npm registry but is suspiciously missing in releases list on github. Though after changes log inspection my suspicions were clamed down.
And i now just wonder if this missing release was an accident or intentional due to some release flow changes?
Can anyone please clarify this unusual discrepancy?

Right, we missed that, thanks. It's now done https://github.com/vuejs/test-utils/releases/tag/v2.4.10
and @danielroe offered to add an automated script to our release process to avoid that in the future.
