The set of polyfills made available here should be packaged in a "compiled JS" manner so that one could simply pull from a file (even from NPM some day) and it includes all the necessary polyfills.

At least for the purpose of going MathML3 to MathML-core for displaying.
I can think of using webpack to do so.

FWIW, I seem to have reached a stable status with NPM's mathml-polyfills version 0.1.3 which packages completely with rollup into an es module, an npm module and a script.
