Add details about the wafer.space and Tiny Tapeout collaboration #30

Description

@mithro

At the Free Silicon Conference 2025, Matt Venn announced that Tiny Tapeout had received funding to port their infrastructure to GF180MCU and planed to do runs on wafer.space - see the link and the attached PDF.

FSiC 2025 - Tiny Tapeout.pdf

The wafer.space website needs to be updated to include information about the Tiny Tapeout <-> wafer.space collaboration. This update should include;

  • A new item about Matt Venn's announcement at the FSiC 2025 conference - ideally with link to a recording.
  • A new section of the website focused on Tiny Tapout which;
    • explains Tiny Tapeout,
    • how wafer.space <-> Tiny Tapeout are collaborating together and why it makes sense
    • how Tiny Tapeout can be used as a pathway to doing bigger projects directly with wafer.space
    • the currently expected timeline for availability and features
  • Updating the front page with the two options -- Tape out with Tiny Tapeout (on wafer.space) - <$200 USD, Tape out with wafer.space directly - $7k USD for 1000 die.

This stuff should reference the "Is wafer.space right for you?" page which should be created in #23.
