• Straighten and stabilize internal builder API for recipes/listeners.
• Move multiple recipe-generating functions in CombatWeaponryPlus.java to specific module with appropriate classes.
• Test plugin on Paper 1.21.5+
• Refactor listeners logic

All recipes from CombatWeaponryPlus.java have been moved to RecipeProvider class, using internal builder APIs, but they haven't been split into multiple classes in their own recipe registry package.
