Can this only be used if you are the owner of an Album?

We share a family album on Google photos. I'm not the creator/owner of the album, but all family members have full access to the album (as any memer can add/delete photo's)

I'm trying to use gPhotos2Immich to sync the photo's to my local Immich server.
However I get an error when (trying to) accessing the album:

If I copy the url to my browser, the link works..

Youre prob ip banned. It doesnt use the user acc so just the url should work. Try a diff ip and let me know again

I don't think it's an ip block, as I can reach the same URL on other PC's in my network. But since you say no user account is used, then it seems logical this isn't working, as this album is not public (shared between known memebers only). The album should be viewable using the album url in an incognito page. If not, please try making another album and testing with that, and share that album with me

The page is not visible in an incognito page, which seems logical as this (family) album is only shared with a close group of users/family members. Thats the downside of this project, the album should be viewable using the link; i will not implement authentication because i dont want to meddle with cookie auth etc.
