Teleport portal at start of level doesn't work.

Replicate the bug by going into any level like Sunshine(56199846) and the teleport portal at the start will not work.

However the teleport portal works in levels like deadlocked and fingerdash because it isn't at the very start of the level.

It also seems like theres a spawn offset.
