Smart App Control Blocked on version 1.1.7

When I try to open or install version 1.1.7 on Windows 11, the installation suddenly fails and shows an error like in the screenshot.

This issue prevents me from completing the installation process.

Environment:

OS: Windows 11
App Version: 1.1.7

Steps to Reproduce:

Run the installer for version 1.1.7
Installation starts
Suddenly fails with an error (see screenshot)

Expected Behavior:
The application should install normally without errors.

Actual Behavior:
Installation fails and cannot proceed.

Will be purchasing a Windows code-signing certificate soon, this is caused by it not having a certificate (which costs $300/year)
