Preview Server needs to be revamped

• Setup Auto Deploy using the Github Actions.
• Setup the Code Pipeline.
• Setup GPU Accelerated Machine.
• Spin up the EKS cluster with scaling profile.

I think this needs more research as to actual performance and cost. There are many options and I don't know what is best.

I mentioned as a rough guideline it would be good to be able to render (at least PNG) previews in < 3 seconds, which is easily achievable on my desktop.
