How do I use amibo?

I dumped all my amibo using TagMo, but when I try to use one, it doesn't work. I don't know what the error message is, because the message that pops up is white text on a white background. Here's a screenshot

All of my amibo files don't work. If I didn't dump them correctly, then can someone tell me how to dump them correctly?
