User login - be

As a user

• When I click "Login" in the navbar

• I am taken to a user/login page

• That has a form

• that I can fill out with my:
  [ ] username
  [ ] email address
  [ ] password

• When I click the "Login" button at the bottom of the form

• I am redirected to the user dashboard page
