Implement skew in play-by-play result models without skew

Overview

About half-way through research for the play result model, I started considering the skewness of each underlying distribution. So there are still a few regression models which do not account for skew even when there is likely skew in the underlying distribution. This issue will track the process of reviewing each distribution and implementing skew where necessary.

Acceptance

• Each regression is reviewed and regression models requiring a skew are identified
• Skews are added to each regression model as needed
