On the Tutorials page, both the Moodle and Blackboard sub-views have Iframes to the respective websites with an IFrame with the how-to content. Chrome no longer allows https sites to have an embedded Iframe to http sites, so nothing shows up for these. A simple link to the document would probably suffice.
