Calibration Coefficients

Hi,
Can you please provide the updated coefficients in [files](https://github.com/worldbank/OpenNightLights/tree/master/onl/tutorials/files)/Elvidge_DMSP_intercalib_coef.csv . The coefficients for year 2013 are missing. Could you also share the code to derive these coefficients ?
