Binary Excel Connector

Let's add a connector for xlsb format. It is way smaller and faster. I believe it will make use much more productive.

Should look into allowing xlsb to be used in the file connector when the time comes to implement this.

@ebhills @thomasstvr pyxlsb is read-only and cannot write .xlsb files. No Python library currently exists for writing native .xlsb files without Excel. So i implement read-only connector
