ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'winsound'

module winsound is only available on Windows. Would you consider, making the use of sound configurable? That way, your project could also run on linux and macos.

I will try to find a solution, but since this is not a pip install, you can edit the files freely. comment out any call to speak or speak_async, and the imports for those files, and out of requirements.txt... there are not many of them... I am not really building this as a solution for other people... but for other people to see possible solutions for what they are working on... but I i will look into it doing something that doesn't make it difficult for macos/linux

I pulled everything that I think could create an issue with not being on windows into a new module called fstrent_tools. Now that its a separate module, I will work over the next week and try to make them all work cross platform. I don't have access to a mac, so I will do the best with what I got.

well the edits I made yesterday, and switching to fstrent_trools 0.9.0 should allow it to run without winsound on your mac... it broke sound on my version, but it might allow you to try it... note this is a work in progress... I never plan to release it on pypi, and its more of a demo project... so I don't plan on it really ever being perfect here on github, cross platform and all... between work and my own other projects, time is limited

Unfortunately there is no cv2 for my Debian/Python combination:

(venv) tom@crypto:~/CBTrade$ pip3.12 install cv2
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement cv2 (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for cv2

But please do not put too much effort in making this compatible with Linux/Macos. I have no experience in python. It seems to be it's own ecosystem with all the different libraries and their interdependence.
Maybe you could just note in your README, that this has been tested on Windows only.

I started a little cryptobot project of my own here in the meantime :-)

fstrent_tools 0.9.1 now, had to fix my windows version, remove the speak_async calls

removed the video tools from fstrent_tools 0.9.2, so it might work now. will check your project after work (on a break atm)
