[Bug]: AI Gateway Getting started on K8s fails

Description

AI Gateway Getting started on K8s fails helm chart with the version 1.2.0-M1 not found error.

Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: failed to perform "FetchReference" on source: ghcr.io/wso2/api-platform/helm-charts/gateway:1.2.0-M1: not found

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to AI Workspace and add a AI gateway with a description.
2. Go to the Kubernetes tab on the Get Started section.
3. Run the Installing Helm chart command and observe the above error.

Severity Level of the Issue

Severity/Critical (Core functionality is broken but there is a workaround. Need urgent attention)

Since this is a Getting started guide lets add,

--set gateway.developmentMode=true

to the helm install command to start the gateway in demo mode without requiring encryption keys and secrets.
