[LLM Proxy] Provider API Key Configuration UI issues #2469

Description

API Key that the user provided should be visible before a save is performed. The view toggle should be there for this field.

Also, we can eliminate the need for 2 save button clicks. A single save should suffice. Suggestion: Remove Save API Key button.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an LLM Proxy using an existing LLM Provider.
  2. Navigate to Provider tab and notice the above observations made regarding the API Key Configuration section.
