Remove Devant Chunker references from chunkers.md

The Devant Chunker (ballerinax/ai.devant) has been removed from BI and no longer exists in the product. The chunkers documentation
still describes it as a fourth chunker type alongside Generic Recursive, Markdown, and HTML.
