Update "Configure Helm charts for WSO2 Integrator: MI" Doc to use the correct MI versions

Description

The documentation titled "Configure Helm charts for WSO2 Integrator: MI" currently contains outdated version references. In both the 4.5.0 and main branches, the Micro Integrator: MI version is still set to 4.4.0 as below. We need to update it to respective versions.

I've created pull requests to update the MI version references in the "Configure Helm charts for WSO2 Integrator: MI" documentation for all applicable versions:

Pull Requests Created:

• Main branch (4.6.0): Fix: Update Helm charts MI version references to 4.6.0 [main] #2178 - Updated references from 4.4.0/4.4.x to 4.6.0/4.6.x
• Version 4.5.0: Fix: Update Helm charts MI version references to 4.5.0 [4.5.0] #2179 - Updated references from 4.4.0/4.4.x to 4.5.0/4.5.x

Version Analysis:

• ✅ 4.4.0: Already has correct version references (4.4.0) - no changes needed
• ℹ️ 4.3.0 & 4.2.0: The configuring-helm-charts.md file doesn't exist in these branches

Changes Made:
Updated the following version references in each applicable branch:

1. Helm repository checkout command: git checkout 4.4.x → git checkout 4.X.x
2. Docker image version: FROM registry.wso2.com/wso2-integrator/mi:4.4.0 → FROM registry.wso2.com/wso2-integrator/mi:4.X.0
3. Docker ARG version: ARG WSO2_SERVER_VERSION=4.4.0 → ARG WSO2_SERVER_VERSION=4.X.0
4. GitHub documentation links: Updated all 4.4.x branch references to the appropriate version branch

All PRs have been verified with the mkdocs build process.
