Favicon appears too small in version 4.6 documentation

Description

The favicon displayed in the browser tab for version 4.6 of the documentation is significantly smaller than in version 4.5. This is due to the WSO2-logo-orange.svg asset containing a large amount of internal whitespace (padding) within its SVG viewBox.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the 4.6 documentation site (https://mi.docs.wso2.com/en/4.6.0/).
2. Observe the favicon in the browser tab — the WSO2 logo appears very small with large empty margins.
3. Open the 4.5 documentation site (https://mi.docs.wso2.com/en/4.5.0/) in another tab.
4. Compare the two favicons — the 4.5 favicon fills the tab icon area correctly, while the 4.6 favicon does not.

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Brave
• Reproduced after hard-refresh (Ctrl+F5) to rule out cached favicon

I'd like to work on this. Could a maintainer please assign it to me? I plan to revert theme.favicon in en/mkdocs.yml back to assets/img/favicon.png (the original asset is still in the repo) and open a PR shortly.
