While using the mod sometime after catching a fish my character will turn to the right or left on their own.
I'm not sure what's causing the issue if it's a conflicting mod or something else but for context sake I have the following installed.

Editing this, I think the issue was chatwhilefishing, I don't know enough about how this all works.
