how to display specific screen? it's just panorama

i tried 'npm install' and then 'npm run start' and i just see panorama.

i want to candela's engine repository. it says i must patch the html by adding some tag. but it only shows

"<script defer="defer" src="/hbui/index-abbcd504ff2cd4d23791.js"></script>"

instead of anything related to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="/path/to/index-HASH.js"></script>

i'm new to this kind of stuff btw so any help to address this problem would be appreciated
