Tool to paint car color as texture on the car. #4

this is a weird request but i was wondering if a mod can be made for NFS Carbon that can paint the car color on the car as a texture rather than how the game uses a shader for car paint.
this is meant to allow rtx remix to properly register car colors.
Currently with rtx remix, all cars are colored black or default lambert gray but the liveries are fine because they are textures while the car paint is a shader color. this tool is meant to solve this issue. if it can be made. thanks.
