Status of the repo?

Hi developers! I'm a scientific software engineer on the Geoscience Community Analysis Toolkit team at NCAR. My team is interested in building off of xskillscore in our package geocat-comp. We were excited to see the robust testing and code coverage your package has, but we noticed that the repo has been very quiet for the last few months. Is this repo still under active development or is it in maintenance mode only?

That's good news. There are a few things we've been discussing that might be good contributions to your repo. I'll be sure to let me team know they can open PRs here!

I've happy to extend maintainers as well as I don't want to be a blocker for development.

We haven't added a new metric for a while. But bugs and compatibility with xarray and dask will definitely continue.
