Accessing Metadata

There is a difficulty for the user to use the metadata.
It would be easier for the user to have a fonction to acces them. Especialy because their definition is not the same with different DAS system.

Yeah for now we did not focus too much on metadata cause there is no real standard yet on what all instrument should share as metadata + it's annoying. We could discuss here what metadata would be nice to have:

• instrument response: how to convert from raw data to physical units
• ???

For me that the main thing that could be useful. Other attributes are interesting but very rarely used in practice.
