i found a solution (its a pain tho)
if i turn my monitor into portrait mode and then use full screen capture it works

yes, that is what everyone is doing.

Issue still persists (2 years later!), Monitor is rotated, still remains centered about an inch down.
Playable.

Considering forking and adding an adjustment (if possible).
