should xtf.junit.clean_openshift=true remove also namespace with managed builds?

ProjectCreator can optionally remove namespace after test suite finishes when xtf.junit.clean_openshift=true. We should consider cleaning also namespace with managed builds (usually created by prebuilder) under the same condition.

+1 for the proposal. Just for backward compatibility reasons we'll need to introduce new property.
