Contradictory Description.

I was trying to synchronize two xtrx using two PCIex2FE and got to know that in schematic of PCIex2FE there was note about MHzOut. It says jumper J9 is open by default but in doc XTRX_rev4_connectors_pinout_R4 it says otherwise. Then I checked the xtrx and found this jumper is open by default. So kindly update the document XTRX_rev4_connectors_pinout_r4 for pin 30 of miniPCIe connector.
